The Bid Proposal should provide Springfield Housing Authority sufficient detail to allow it to properly evaluate ones bid. More specifically, the bid should reflect price per building square foot. Furthermore, the proposal should be broken out to a price per square foot for residential as well as a price per square foot for building (Hi-Rise). An example of a typical floor plan (residential) is attached. Average square foot for a Hi-Rise unit is +/- 500 square foot for a 1-bedroom unit and +/- 950 square foot for a 2-bedroom unit.
