Renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Working plans call for the renovation of a pre-engineered storage facility.
This project is for a contractor to provide all labor, materials and equipment to remove any old room signage, provide and install new room signage at our Auxiliary Services Campus, 995 W Beardsley Place (2480 South), Salt Lake City, Utah 84119. All work to be performed in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained herein. Contractor will be required to complete contract performance stated herein, regardless of any other work load, including other government projects awarded to the supplier. All questions must be submitted in writing on . Questions asked or submitted any other way will not be answered. Answers to all questions will be provided . Do not call the Salt Lake City School District (SLCSD) employees with questions. Only questions answered will be considered the official position of the SLCSD. Contractor shall possess an S440 contractor's license required by DOPL and/or any other federal, state or local agency for the work outlined in this scope of work. Copies of contractor's license must be provided with the bid. A bid bond is not required for this project. However, the SLCSD reserves the right to require performance and payment bonds at the time of contract award. If bonds are required, the successful bidder will be allowed an equitable adjustment in the contract price to cover bond expense. Latecomers may be disqualified from participating in this bid process.
