A timeline for award has not yet been established.** This project consists of a laboratory build out of the 5th Floor Shell space in the Marie V. McDemmond Center for Applied Research. Sealed bids are invited for the construction of McDemmond - 5th Floor Testing Lab 213-B2213-009 at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA. This project consists of a laboratory build out of the 5th Floor Shell space in the Marie V. McDemmond Center for Applied Research. A Bid Bond is required Procedures for submitting a bid, claiming an error, withdrawal of bids and other pertinent information are contained in the Instructions to Bidders, which is part of the Invitation for Bids. Withdrawal due to error in bid shall be permitted in accord with Section 9 of the Instructions to Bidders and 2.2-4330, Code of Virginia. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. PAPER BIDS ONLY. Questions are due no later than 3:00 PM Wednesday, March 1, 2023 to architect Jeremy Wright at jwright@rrmm.com. The University Architect, Richard Law, should be carbon copied (cc'd) at ralaw@nsu.edu and the Project Manager, Kenny Kyle at kmkyle@nsu.edu.
