Questions 5 PM (EST) February 28, 2023 Wednesday, May 31, 2023 It is the intent of the City to select the most qualified firm based on demonstrated competence and qualification for requested services. Firms interested in performing these services must exhibit relevant experience with this type of work, as outlined below, and should emphasize both the experience and capability of the personnel who will perform the work. The project schedule is expected to begin with designbuilder selection in March 2023, design through July 2023, and construction beginning in September 2023.
