Please do not contact any other County employee for information about this IFB During the Covid-19 situation all bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) . It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic offers are submitted prior to the closing time. Electronic offers shall be uploaded as a single PDF file. Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a bid in response to this IFB shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County. Written questions regarding the IFB or its attachments must be submitted to no one other than Karah Brubaker in the Procurement Department through 3:00 P.M., MST on Tuesday, March 7, 2023.
