A summary of the work items is included below: 1. Demolition of the 500,000 Gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank Reid's Tank The contractor will be selected, and a purchase order will be issued if an award should be made, and the Owner reserves the right to select the Bid considered by the Owner to be in the best interest of the Owner. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Engineer. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interest of the Owner will thereby be promoted.
