Solicitation ID: NW-02 Route : Var Hwy County : 85 - Northwest Region Wide Limit : Project Management Services The Northwest Region requires full time assistance to perform project coordinator duties as an extension of WisDOT staff for design and construction projects. Provide one consultant project coordinator (ideally 8-15 years' experience) to coordinate design and construction activities, coordinate project team members, coordinate work activities, and provide technical expertise to deliver design and construction projects. The duties will be performed primarily at the consultant's home office, with periodic site visits as well as meetings at WisDOT's Eau Claire and/or Superior Regional offices. Full-time (40 hours/week) assignment for the duration of the contract. Advertised Fixed Fee %: 7.25 The fixed fee for this contract will apply an indirect cost factor of 150% to the consultant's estimated direct labor, regardless of the consultant's actual indirect rate. Interviews will not be conducted. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
