The work in this RFP includes the construction of two Border To Border Trail (B2B) Projects: 1.6 miles in Lyndon Township and 0.45 miles in Lima Township. Work includes installation of HMA or concrete paving, aggregate base, a 30-foot pedestrian bridge, boardwalk, retaining wall, earthwork, drainage structures, curb and gutter, pavement marking, signs, brush and stump removal, tree planting, site restoration, and related work. All work shall be substantially complete and open for public use by June 10, 2024. All work, including Watering and Cultivating, shall be completed by October 1, 2025.
