Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ishpeming, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a day care center; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
WR Construction LLC was awarded this project. For Marquette-Alger - Proposed Sanitary Piping for Day Care at St. John's School Bids will be accepted under seal to the Owner for installation of a 3-inch sanitary line which shall be connected to an existing 6-inch sanitary sewer lateral located outside of the building at a public Day Care Facility, located within the St. John Evangelist Church at 325 S. Pine Street in Ishpeming, Michigan. A new concrete sidewalk and concrete curb shall also be provided. A Pre-Bid Walkthrough will not be scheduled. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security according to the requirements in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Refer to other Bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 13 - Instructions to Bidders. Bidders may be required to submit qualifications for approval to support their bid. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 90 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids
