Site work for a water / sewer project in Ishpeming, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Replacement or improvements to approximately 20,600 LF of gravity sewer main, ranging in size from 8" to 30", including cure in place pipe improvements to approximately 6,700 LF of gravity sewer main, and improvements to all of the lift/grinder stations. These station improvements include replacing pumps and controls, installing generators and SCADA at each station, and complete station rehab at one grinder station. Includes trenchless installation of 30" river crossing. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award.
