Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Simi Valley, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Per the owner, as of June 10, 2024, an architect has been selected for this project. The owner states that this project is anticipated to advertise for bids in June 2024. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ........... The firm is expected to perform the scope of work as described in this section and in accordance with Chapter 11B of the latest 2022 California Building Code, and Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This includes the preparation and completion of all required Design plans, documents, and specifications. Completed Design plans, documents, and specifications shall also be provided to the City in bidding/competitive process format. Specification No. CM 23-01 2 The firm is expected to Design plans and specifications that allows the Simi Valley Senior Center to stay operational during the construction process. Provided below are the Design criteria and requirements governed by Chapter 11B of the latest 2022 California Building Code, and Title II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and is not intended to be an all-inclusive list. Last Day to Submit Questions February 20, 2023. Three (3) envelopes with technical qualifications and three (3) envelopes with cost proposal information must be submitted at or before 3:00 P.M., February 22, 2023 to the following: Angel Sierra, Community Services Manager asierra@simivalley.org City Manager's Office City of Simi Valley 3900 Avenida Simi Simi Valley, CA 93063 The Method of Contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
