This Request for Proposals ("RFP") is an invitation by The Niagara Parks Commission ("NPC") to prospective Proponents to enter into a licence agreement with a neutral host operator or carrier to finance, design, build, operate, maintain, and support various multi-tenanted monopole telecommunication towers and small cellular installations on Niagara Parks property as further described in the RFP document. The successful Proponent will enter into a licence agreement which will include a licence fee payable to NPC. Owner requires that all interested parties sign a Non-Discloser Agreement (NDA) in order to access the plans and specs for this project.
