For Bonneville High School Hydronics/Steam Upgrades Weber School District is inviting bids for Bonnneville High School Hydonics/Steam Updgrades . Awarded vendor will comply to all work in the attached specifications documents. Questions regarding this bid are to be asked electronically, where they will be answered for all interested parties to review. Work can begin on May 30, 2023. The domestic water must be working by August 12, 2023. The completion of the total project must done by Septemeber 12, 2023. Liquidated damages: For each day after the expiration on the Contract Time that the Work is not substantially complete after August 12, 2023 for domestic hot water and September 12, 2023 for substantial completion of the total project, Contractor shall pay the Owner the amount of $500.00 /day as liquidated damages. The Owner may deduct any liquidated damages from the money due or to become due to the Contractor. If the amount of the liquidated damages and reimbursable expenses exceeds any amount due to the Contractor, the Contractor shall pay the difference to the Owner within (10) days after receipt of a written request from the Owner for payment. The Board of Education, Weber School District, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, or any portion thereof and to waive any informalities during the bid process as they deem to be in their best interest. Low bid is in no way binding upon our district and final selection and honoring of the bids will be made by our office. A bid bond will be required on this bid in the amount of 5% of your total bid. In lieu of a bid bond, a cashiers check for 5% of your total bid must be submitted with your bid.
