Renovation of an educational facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

As of December 11, 2023, construction has been completed, however, an exact timeline for construction has not been confirmed. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include a multiple classroom remodel with the following design considerations: o Base Bid: Room 111 - approximately 1,348 SF o Carpet and Base in Room 226 will be Bid Alternate 01 - approximately 670 SF. o Carpet and Base in Room 236 will be Bid Alternate 02 - approximately 674 SF. o Replace Light Fixtures in Room 226 will be Bid Alternate 03. o Replace Light Fixtures in Room 236 will be Bid Alternate 04. Paint (E) walls New carpet & base New Lights - with dimming capability and controls (there are issues with the (E) occupancy sensors kicking on the lights when a student walks in late and they had been dimmed for the class lecture) New Acoustical Ceiling Tiles (E) T bar ceiling grid to remain Specifications Book One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed mechanical and electrical subcontractors from the Architect for a refundable deposit of $100.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $172,445.00 *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
