The Contractor will provide and Install 6’ tall chain link fencing around property, located between Avenue K and Avenue J-8 on 35th Street West in Lancaster, CA, parcel numbers: APN 3153-021-003, APN 3153-020-021, APN 3153-021-027, APN 3153-021-028, APN 3153-021-31 and APN 3153-021-037. The fencing shall be installed along the proper lines as surveyed and marked out. The fencing will include approximately 4500ft post to be driven, angle braces at all corners and 2 (two) - 20’ double gates. Bidders may submit pre-bid inquiries or clarification requests no later than 4:00 PM on February 20, 2023. Pre-bid inquiries or clarification requests shall be submitted through the Online Bid Security. Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by Bid Security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum amount of the Bid Proposal, inclusive of any additive Alternate Bid Item(s). If the required Bid Security is not submitted with the Bidder’s Bid Proposal, the Bid Proposal may be considered non-responsive and may be rejected by the district. The Bidder awarded the Contract for the Work shall obtain a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in a penal sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price of the Contract awarded and, in the form, and content included with the Contract Documents for the Project.
