Summit County Facilities Maintenance Department is soliciting proposals for asphalt overlay, crack seal and parking lot stripping. The best proposal will be selected for award based upon consideration of qualifications, relevant experience, schedule, and cost. The Contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who best meets the requirements of Summit County and the public interest. The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, signage, traffic control and other incidentals
necessary to provide Crack Sealing and parking lot striping maintenance to Summit County's facility parking lots,
drives, travel lanes and boulevards.
The following Summit County facility locations will require asphalt maintenance. Summit County
may choose to add or remove proposed parking lots, drives, travel lanes and boulevards at its
discretion, Additions or items removed from scope will be paid and or removed at the negotiated
contract unit pricing.
The selected contractor winning this bid is responsible for confirming these measurements, any
additional measurements, or suggested overage to complete this project, prior to contract
