Renovation of a municipal facility in Pacolet, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of 2/20/2023, project will be rebid in the future. For Pacolet Town Hall Electrical Upgrades Upgrading of 200 amp panel to 400amp panel The Town of Pacolet is requesting proposals of companies in the electrical contracting field for the upgrade of the existing main panels and their feeds. Also, the HVAC system should be also be fully connected once the system is upgraded The Town of Pacolet is a growing community in upstate South Carolina with the Pacolet River running through its boundaries. The Town recently installed a new HVAC system in its Town Hall, which changed the existing electrical demands of the building. The building is currently serviced by Lockhart Power with a 200amp service. To meet code, the service and panel will need to be upgrade to 400amp Any company wishing to apply should attend an in-person project review session with the Town Administrator on Tuesday, February 24th at 2pm. Please come to Town Hall located at 180 Montgomery Avenue, Pacolet, SC 29372. Town reserves the right to extend the term of this contract. Questions should be directed to Patrick Kay, Town Administrator at pkay@townofpacolet.com so that answers to all questions will be made public to other bidders.
