Location: 980 Sunny Acres Road, Town of Pacolet, SC A. HVAC System Installation: Install HVAC units to heat and cool the bathroom and front work area. Explore cost-saving options (e.g., mini-split systems or zoned heating and cooling). B. Plumbing (Septic to Sewer Conversion): Convert the building's outdated septic system to Spartanburg Water's sewer system. Coordinate with Spartanburg Water for the connection, located behind the property near the creek. C. Electrical System Upgrades: Install brighter lighting in garage bays. Ensure sufficient lighting in all work areas for employee tasks. Install new electrical outlets throughout the building, focusing on the garage bays. Install exterior outlets and floodlights. Replace the outdated fuse box and upgrade to 220V if required. Install wiring for internet (likely through Spectrum). Coordinate with Lockhart Power for any electrical requirements. D. Motorized Gate Installation: Install a motorized gate with key code access for secure entry to the facility. E. Camera System Installation: Install a Lorex Pro Camera system with two exterior and two interior cameras. Ensure the system integrates with the building's internet for remote access. F.
