Spartanburg County is seeking sealed proposals from qualified vendors for the abatement, demolition, and site clean-up of 391 North Highway 150 Pacolet, S.C. 29372. Written questions shall be submitted at least five (5) calendar days prior to Qualification Package submission date. When applicable, Proposer shall submit with their proposal a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the proposal price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County. Proposals submitted without being accompanied by any of the foregoing, as required, shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected. Any proposal accompanied by a bid bond not properly executed in the opinion of the Procurement Manager, may be rejected.
