Renovation of an educational facility in Whitmore Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Whitmore Lake Public Schools is soliciting quotations for a boiler system replacement at our Main Street Campus. Whitmore Lake Public Schools has selected a preferred model. While we understand all bidders may not be able to bid the exact model, the district's preferred model or close facsimile will be given the highest consideration. Whitmore Lake Public Schools is requesting a quotation on the IBC EX-700 Boiler (3) and Bell & Gossett 1510 base mounted circulating pump (2), or similar models. This Request for Proposal also includes removal of old boilers, associated equipment and piping systems, the installation of the new system and attainment of state certification. The bid response must be accompanied by bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5 percent of the total bid.
