Sealed bids are sought and requested for Lawrence Housing Authoritys Generator Maintenance Contract according to set specifications. The contract, which will be awarded by the Lawrence Housing Authority's Board of Directors, will be for three (3) years, commencing on June 1, 2023 Bids must be made in accordance with the forms for General Bid, prepared by and obtained from the Lawrence Housing Authority. Bid documents will contain accompanying instructions to bidders, a copy of the specifications and any associated bid forms. The Lawrence Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and/ or informalities, and to disregard all non-responsive bids and non-responsible bidders. The Lawrence Housing Authority will accept the bid it deems to be in their best interests from the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
