Replacement of gymnasium bleachers at the Arlington School, Frost School and South Lawrence East School Complexes. Work includes the removal and disposal of existing bleachers and replacing with new bleachers provided by the owner. ll bids submitted in response to this Invitation for Bids must be accompanied with a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Bids will be evaluated and awarded in accordance with the provisions established under M.G.L. c. 149. Vendors will be required to abide by the guidelines established under this statute. This project is subject to Prevailing Wage Rates and OSHA Certifications. The City of Lawrence reserves the right to reject any or all bids or take whatever action in in the best interest of the City.
