Replace DX Systems in the listed buildings with new heat pump systems that include the following: i. Multistage Condensers/Heat Pumps ii. Wall packs and package units shall have dehumidification circuits. iii. Variable speed Evaporators/Air Handlers. iv. Line Sets (Where sizing dictates, else chemical flush), insulation, brackets, etc. v. Lockable Touch Thermostats with humidity controls enabled. Set range from 74F (+-2 in cooling mode) and 72F (+-2 in heating mode) with humidity set for ~50% b. Bldg. 3976 will need a redesign. Its use has changed from a barracks to a soldier simulation building. Current system is oversized and presents humidity issues that are damaging the electronics equipment used in simulations
