Retention of Records: The contractor agrees to retain all books, records, and other documents relative to this agreement for three (3) years after final payment. The SFA, its authorized agents and/or federal/state representatives shall have full access to, and the right to examine any of said materials during said period. If an investigation or audit is in progress, records shall be maintained until stated matter is closed. Dishmachine specification requirements are attached. As outlined in the attached specifications, price to include the cost of the new dishmachine, and complete installation. Installation to be completed by Hobart Install Team and will include installation of new machine as well as disposal of existing dishmachine. Any necessary electrical changes to be completed by Hobart Install Team as well as new ductwork as part of their install proposal. Once the new dishmachine is installed it will be thoroughly demonstrated to the kitchen staff, and a free of charge factory start-up will be performed by Hobart Service. It is the goal of Anderson School District Three to have the new machine installed on or before April 21, 2023.
