Anderson School District Three is seeking a qualified vendor(s) for the installation of HVAC (Bard) units at Iva Elementary School and Starr-Iva Middle School. HVAC (Bard) Unit Installation for Anderson School District Three at two (2) locations listed below. Iva Elementary School 803 Antreville Hwy Iva, SC 29655 Starr-Iva Middle School 1034 Rainey Rd. Starr, SC 2968 questions must be received by Monday, March 6, 2023 @ 2:00pm, EST HVAC Unit Installation Installation of seven (7) Bard units at Iva Elementary Installation of fifty-one (51) Bard Units at Starr-Iva Middle Detailed specifications for each location may be found in external attachments: HVAC Equipment has already been procured through a formal bid process and was awarded to S2 Solutions in an effort to ensure timely delivery. Equipment is expected to be delivered the week of May 29-June 2. The District intends to transfer ownership of equipment to awarded contractor(s) upon delivery of equipment. Anticipated timeline of both projects is June 5 - July 26, 2023
