Insurance refund will be used to purchase the new home. GTB would like to replace the structure with a modular home, but will also be requsting manufactured home bids as per insurance requirements. This solicitation will include both modular and manufacured home RFP's and we will be seeking bids for both type of structures. After the closing date, the type of home that will be selected will be determinded by GTB and their insurance firm. Below is the details of this solicitation: Contractor to provide new single level three bedroom, two bath modular/manufactured home, washer and dryer hook-up, skirting, and step. The contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, installation, plot survey, permitting, and utility connections. The home will sit on a crawlspace left over from a recently demolish house due to a fire. The current garage will remain in place. The purchased modular/manufactured home shall be delivered and set-up in Peshawbestown, MI and will require all documentation and permits required to comply with local, state, federal, and Tribal codes and regulations. It is the intent of GTB to purchase a complete turn-key project to include the purchase, delivery, and set-up of manufactured home and hook-up of utilities in accordance with below scope of work.
