The Project, Which is Supported in Large Part by a Grant From the Federal Emergency Management Agency (Fema) of the U.s. Department of Homeland Security, is for the Design and Construction of a Community Safe Room (4,530 Gross S.f.), Which Will Also Include Related Community Spaces in the Same Structure, at the Northern Wisconsin State Fairgrounds Located Within the City of Chippewa Falls, Wi. Each Submittal Must Respond to All the Items in the Rfp and Will Be Evaluated on the Following Seven Criteria: 1) Qualifications, 2) Work Plan, 3) Project Approach, 4) Key Personnel, 5) Comparable Projects, 6) Fee Breakdown, 7) Community. The Northern Wisconsin State Fair Association Reserves the Right to Award the Contract to the Most Qualified Candidate, to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids, and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bids Received.
