Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and incidentals necessary to remove and replace approximately 8,500 square feet of public sidewalk, 430 linear feet of curb and gutter, and patch approximately 615 square yards of concrete roadway pavement at various locations throughout the Village. Additionally, this contract includes an alternate bid for one segment of new sidewalk installation on the west side of Park Row between Crescent Boulevard and Willis Street (approximately 2,125 square feet), which is described further in the bidding documents. In order to receive bid documents, interested bidders must provide a current IDOT Certificate of Eligibility or demonstrate the ability and experience to perform work of the nature and scope of the proposed project. This project is located in the Village of Glen Ellyn, DuPage County, Illinois, at various locations throughout the Village within the public right of way (Village, County, and State), within easements, and on Village property along specific work corridors to include: 2023 Sidewalk Replacement and Concrete Roadway Patching Various locations throughout the Village (Base Bid) Park Row Sidewalk Improvements Along the west side of Park Row between Crescent Blvd. and Willis Road (Bid Alternate)
