The tenderer must also submit, if applicable, a list of its subcontractors including their tax certificate; The Company must provide a copy of the license issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec (RBQ) in the appropriate category; The Company must provide a current francization certificate issued by the OQLF, or any relevant document.
