Renovation of a municipal facility in Sesser, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
BASE BID includes roof recovery including the installation of additional rigid insulation substrate and limited substrate insulation replacement at the City of Sesser, City Hall building. Project also includes replacement of prefinished metal gutters, scuppers, roof edge, fascia and related sheet metal flashing and accessories. The Owner requires the Project to be substantially complete within 90 calendar days following issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders will be required to provide Bid security of a sum no less than 5 percent of the Bid Price. The bid security shall be either certified check, cashier's check, bank money order or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Hereinafter this bid security shall be referred to as the bid bond. Submit two copies of your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or any part thereof, to waive any informality in bidding, and to accept bids deemed most favorable to the Owner.
