The Kelowna community dialysis unit project located at Units 102 and 103 - 1835 Gordon Dr, and the Vernon community dialysis project located at Units 400 - 420 - 4400 32nd St will include replacement of the existing leased community dialysis unit to provide expanded excess to hemodialysis care for outpatients living with chronic kidney disease. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Tender and construction timelines are undefined at this time. Further update in early 2026, upon approvals. *Construction budget for Kelowna is $3,300,000. Construction budget for Vernon is $3,100,000.
