The City of Altus/Altus Municipal Authority, herein after called the "City," is seeking bids to repair the 500,000-gallon Northwest Water Tower including fence repair, interior blast, and exterior paint. Tank was erected in 1965 and the dimensions are 45x127. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to study all bids for thirty (30) days prior to bid award. The City reserves the right to award this bid in whole or in part as deemed in the best interest of the City. Bids received more than ninety six (96) hours before the time set for opening of bids, or any bid received after the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be considered and shall be returned unopened.
