Per the owner, as of March 21, 2023 Scope changes and Summer class schedules have dictated a reduction of the overall scope for this Summer's projects and they will issue a new request for Bids in the next week or two. Replacing metal and membrane rooftops for school classrooms at Hatch Elementary, Half Moon Bay High School, El Granada Elementary and Farallone View Elementary during the Summer of 2023, when the schools are not in session. The work will start in June and be completed in August 2023. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to possess the following State of California contractors' license: C-39 The Bidder's license(s) must remain active and in good standing throughout the term of the Contract. To bid on this Project, the Bidder is required to be registered as a public works contractor with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to the Labor Code. The following buildings will be included in this bid package for Summer 2023 starting in June 1, 2023: Farallone View Elementary: Building D El Granada Elementary: Buildings A-10-15 plus 3 relocated modular classrooms and patch repairs for Building A Hatch Elementary: Library Building, Building D Half Moon Bay High School: Gymnasium Building Pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.5, only prequalified bidders will be eligible to submit a bid for this Project. Any bid submitted by a bidder who is not prequalified shall be non-responsive and returned unopened to the bidder.
