Unit prices bid of listed items shall be held firm for the duration of the Agreement. Duration of the Agreement shall be to commence Work under this Agreement with an adequate force and equipment on or before a date specified on the Notice to Proceed, and to fully complete all necessary work within three hundred and sixty-five (365) consecutive calendar days. B. Bidders shall note that the Owner's construction schedule is subject to availability of City funds. The Owner will be the sole determiner of the sequence of construction and may, at its option, elect to have the construction performed in parts by way of Work Orders as City funds allow. The Owner may decide to have Contractor do all of the work shown or select only a portion based on availability of City funds.
