Reconstruction and burial of public utility services of a section of Marie-Victorin road and complete reconstruction of Thomas/Beauregard and Sainte-Marie streets. The scope of work includes construction of new municipal infrastructure including replacement of pipes, roadway paving, exterior lighting system, redevelopment of cycle, pedestrian and automobile routes, marking, signage and landscaping. TIMELINE: Working drawings are being prepared by construction packages. Tender for the first package contractor has been issued, awarded and is followed in the report under CRM ID name Complete Renovation of Rues Beauregard, Thomas and Sainte-Marie. Construction is underway. Tender for the subsequent construction package relating to Marie-Victorin road is anticipated in spring 2025 and will be followed in a new separate report. Note. The project is included in the City three-year capital expenditure program 2023-2025 with an amount of 10 million i.e. five million in 2024 and another five million in 2025.
