Site work and paving for a civil project in Varennes, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Construction of Industrial Street in the east area of the city of Varennes. The new street will be approximately 1,080 meters long and will be built as an extension of Vincent-Chornet Industrial Street between Marie-Victorin Boulevard and Montée de la Baronnie. The scope of the project includes related water and sewer piping installation work. The project is divided into three sections which will be carried out over three consecutive years starting in 2025. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Project implementation will be phased. Tender for the first phase contractor is anticipated in spring/summer 2026.
