Building located at 2250, Boulevard René-Gauthier, Varennes, J3X 1P2, QC. The duration of the work will be approximately 3 weeks. CONDITION : Only general contractors or specialized contractors for this type of work having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in Quebec or in a province or territory covered by this agreement and holding the license required under the Building Act (RSQ, cB-1.1). TENDER GUARANTEE: In the form of a surety bond by an authorized company, equivalent to 10% of the bid amount or in the form of a certified cheque, money order, bank draft payable to the Office régionale d'habitation Marguerite D'Youville, irrevocable letter of guarantee for the benefit or bonds payable to bearer.
