Reference number : 1698448 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: This notice includes options for additional acquisition (Weekend work) The City of Varennes intends to demolish, deconstruct and decontaminate the buildings located at 2165, route Marie-Victorin in Varennes. Work must begin on the thaw date (decreed by the MTMD) and end no later than June 23, 2023. This turnkey contract includes, but is not limited to, the demolition, deconstruction and decontamination of the building (including all accessory buildings, paving, concrete structures, etc.), and land leveling to make all ready to build. For any additional information, bidders are invited to send an email to bureau.projets@ville.varennes.qc.ca . The City of Varennes does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the tenders received and may not incur any liability or have to assume any costs of any kind with regard to the tenderers.
