Sullivan & Son Limited is the Construction Manager/General Contractor and has issued this Request for Supplier Qualifications (21650-006 Curtain Wall) Curtain Wall, Aluminum Windows and Entranceway Contractors associated with the Providence Care Long Term Care Facility. This request is to obtain submissions to prequalify glass and glazing contractors (Curtain Wall, Aluminum Windows and Entranceway) acting as sub-contractors to the Construction Manager (M. Sullivan & Son Limited). Construction of a new Providence Manor as follows: 320-bed, Long-Term Care facility including site services; approx. 270,000 sq ft. *The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
