The Corporation of the Town of Fort Erie is seeking online submissions from qualified contractors for the 2023 Road Resurfacing Surface Treatment program, consisting of pulverizing existing road surfaces using a mechanical pulverizer, and applying emulsified asphalt complete with aggregate to various road sections throughout the Town of Fort Erie. In order to be eligible to submit a bid, Respondents must register as a plan taker for this specific bid opportunity. In accordance with the Town of Fort Erie's Safe Work Standard for Contractor Safety, bids will only be accepted from Contractors that have pre-qualified by the date and time that this quotation was issued. All tenders must be accompanied by a Digital Agreement to Bond and a Digital Bid Bond in the amount of $65,000 payable to The Corporation if the Town of Fort Erie.
