Upon the recommendation of TPG, MSA and District Administration, the Board of Education of the North Rockland Central School District awards: 1. The general construction work contract (Contract No. 1) to Vinco Builders, LLC, in the total sum of $2,292,000.00 consisting of the scope of work detailed in the base bid; 2. The plumbing construction work contract (Contract No. 2) to Joe Lombardo P&H, Inc., in the total sum of $283,000.00 consisting of the scope of work detailed in the base bid; and 3. The electrical construction work contract (Contract No. 4) to Mehl Electric Company, in the total sum of $953,967.00 consisting of the scope of work detailed in the base bid. The BOARD of Education of the North Rockland Central School District (in accordance with section 103 of Article 5-a of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids on: North Rockland High School Projects- Phase 1 Bids will be received for contracts covering all work related to the North Rockland High School Projects- Phase 1 for the North Rockland Central School District, as described in the plans and specifications. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to North Rockland Central School District. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs. All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available. Plan holders who have paid for hard copies of the bid documents will need to make the determination if hard copies of the addenda are required for their use and coordinate directly with the printer for hard copies of addenda to be issued. There will be no charge for registered plan holders to obtain hard copies of the bid addenda.
