The Board of Public Works and Safety reserves the right to reject any or all quotations, to waive technicalities, to postpone the Quotation opening, to waive the formalities in the RFQ documents, or to advertise for new Quotations, if in the judgement of the City of Gary Board of Public Works and Safety, their best interests would be promoted thereby.
