For 25MW Battery Energy Storage System Public Utility District No. 1 of Snohomish County is requesting proposals from firms who can design, construct, finance, operate and maintain a 25 MW / 100 MWh Transmission-connected Battery Energy Storage System on District Property and enter into an Energy Storage Agreement with the District to provide the storage capacity to the District as a service with a service start date of October 2025. The District encourages minority and women's business enterprises to request these contract documents and to bid on this work.
