Site Directions: 91st Avenue NE, 162nd Street SE, Fales Road, and Maltby Road locations. Project Description: Construct 2023 Water Main and PRV Improvements - The project consists of four different project sites in unincorporated Snohomish County, designated as Schedules A-D. The work for all four sites is to be done as part of the project and they are to be bid on together as one project. Schedule A includes the installation of approximately 1,330 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter ductile iron (DI) water main in 91st Ave SE from 160th St SE to 164th St SE, new water service lines, and three fire hydrants. Schedule B includes the installation of approximately 500 lineal feet of 4-inch diameter DI water main in 162nd St SE from the dead end to Broadway Ave, new water service lines, air-vac and blowoff assemblies, as well as approximately 60 lineal feet of 12-inch diameter DI water main in Broadway Ave and one new hydrant. Schedule C includes the installation of a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) station, associated appurtenances, and approximately 230 lineal feet of 8-inch DI water main. Schedule D includes the installation of a new Pressure Reducing Valve Station and approximately 200 lineal feet of 8-inch diameter DI pipe along Maltby Rd (SR 524). The project also includes pavement restoration, replacement of services, fire hydrants, and other system appurtenances. Est.
