Engineers Estimate: $11,823.00 Project description: Conduct demolition and proper disposal of materials of four (4) total sutrctures, all structures are in proximity to critical areas and will require use of BMPs. The structures are as follows: 1. "Root Cellar": 88 sf formed concrete walls with collapsed wood roof. 2. "Main Structure": 300 sf 2-story light wooden structure with shake roof, concrete stem wall 3. "Chicken Coop": 200 sf light wooden structure with metal roof, 4. "Shack Out Back": 700 sf light wooden structure with corrugated roof. Note: Structure is difficult to get to and will require smaller equipment.
