Provide all materials, labor, equipment, temporary facilities and construction expertise required to install a new gate at the Snohomish Local Office. Project includes demolition of existing gate and foundation, intercept and reroute electrical conduit, excavation and installation of new concrete slab per plan, connection of electrical and interconnection with security system and openers, adjustment of fence to provide a secure perimeter after gate installation. Bidders must be on The Districts Small Works Roster for the category of Fencing/Gates/Automatic Gates/Overhead Doors prior to bidding on this project. All requests for clarification or additional information regarding this RFP must be submitted to the District via e-mail to bids@snopud.com. The District will not guarantee responses to questions received via other forms of communication (phone, voicemail, text, IM, etc.). Do not submit questions Electronic submittals shall be limited to the documents specified in the RFP document and shall not include additional brochures, booklets or other sales material that are not specifically requested in the RFP. The District cannot guarantee internet access. It is strongly recommended that you respond 24 hours prior to the bid closing date and time for submittal. The District is unable to verify if a bid has been successfully obtained. The Electronic system places all submissions into a virtual lock box where they cannot be viewed by the District until after the due date and time. The undersigned Bidder agrees, if awarded the Contract, to fully complete this project within one hundred (150) calendar days after the effective date of the DISTRICTS written Notice to Proceed. The successful Bidder shall provide to the DISTRICT performance security in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Contract Price, including tax, within ten (10) calendar days of the Notice of Award.
