The proposed project is located at 1 Frontage Road, City of Gloversville, NY 12078. The project includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to providing the work shown on the bidding documents and generally described as plans including but not limited to the following: - Site feature demolition - Temporary erosion control measures - Earthwork - Asphalt paving - Cast-in-place concrete - Installation of Water Spray Splash Pad fixtures and Equipment. Installation Items are purchased by the city and provided to the Contractor for Installation. - Topsoil and Sod - Utilities Installation and Connections - Roadway Crosswalk - Landscape Trees - Park Sign - Benches - Site Lighting Electrical Service No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five (45) calendar days after the actual date of the bid opening thereof. Each bid is to be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder is required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract amount. Funding for this project comes in part through an Environmental Protection Fund grant administered by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP).
