Renovation of a detention facility in Haysi, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
Nothing stated herein or attached shall bind SWVRJA to purchase any specified amount of the product of products. Further, acceptance of an offeror's quotation will not require the SWVRJA's purchase of all listed items or services. Any additional issues that arise related to this project will be negotiated. The Offeror shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, material and incidentals necessary to furnish and install an operable wall in an outdoor recreation area at the Haysi Regional Jail. All given measurements shall be verified by interested offerors. All equipment, materials and installation work shall comply with this specification, the Virginia OSHA Standards, and the Virginia Uniform Statewide Building Codes. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted, in writing, prior to 5:00 PM Monday, March 6, 2023. If necessary, an addendum to the original RFP will be posted to the solicitation page no later than Thursday, March 9, 2023 The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail Authority, hereafter referred to as SWVRJA, is requesting proposals to provide and install an operable wall in an outdoor recreation area at the Haysi Regional Jail. Acceptance of an Offeror's proposal will not require the SWVRJA's use of all proposed items.
