Brazosport College is requesting the sub-mission of qualification statements by firms, teams, or individuals, interested in providing Professional Architect Services for a College Master Plan. Brazosport College reserves the right to accept or reject any or all qualification sub-mittals and to waive any irregularities. We do not accept late or misdirected qualifications. Qualifications will be received until the date and time established for receipt, then opened. Only the names of the respon-dents who submitted proposals will be made public. Persons submitting a response to this RFQ must comply with all applicable laws, ordi-nances and regulations including the pro-visions of the State of Texas Government Code Chapter 176. Persons submitting a response to this RFQ must complete and submit a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire form CIQ in a format approved by the Tex-as Ethics Commission. The CIQ form is to be included with any qualification received. If a conflict of interest does not exist, please put N/A at the top of the form and sign. If a CIQ Form is not submitted, please provide a memorandum as to the reasoning. Failure to follow the procedures of this RFQ will result in immediate disqualification from consider-ation.
