PROJECT: Building 224 B Water Damage Repairs. SCOPE OF WORK: Set up staging area as required to perform work. Install dehumidifiers and air movers as required to properly dry out Unit B. Monitor and adjust drying equipment as required. Provide thermal fogging or ozone treatment as required. LIVING ROOM: Remove all LVP (luxury vinyl plank) flooring. Remove water-damaged 3/4 inch OSB (oriented strand board) subflooring. Treat remaining 1x6 subflooring with antimicrobial. Seal floor as required. Re-screw subfloor as required. Prep floor for installation of T&G (tongue & grove). Install new T&G in living room and closet. Install new LVP flooring. Install base shoe. Paint baseboards and base shoe. Remove entry door and trim down so that it will function properly. Touch up door ends and edges as required. KITCHEN: Remove all LVP flooring. Remove water-damaged 3/4 inch OSB subflooring. Treat remaining 1x6 subflooring with antimicrobial. Seal floor as required. Re-screw subfloor as required. Prep floor for installation of T&G. Install new T&G in kitchen. Install new LVP flooring. Install base shoe. Remove wet drywall as required on ceiling and walls. Remove door casings as required. Remove wet insulation. Treat ceiling joist with antimicrobial. Install new insulation. Install new drywall finished smooth ready for paint. Paint walls, door trim and jamb; door; base and base shoe. BATHROOM: Remove all LVP flooring. Remove water-damaged 3/4 inch OSB subflooring. Treat remaining 1x6 subflooring with antimicrobial. Seal floor as required. Re-screw subfloor as required. Prep floor for installation of T&G. Install new T&G in bathroom. Install new LVP flooring. Install base shoe. Remove wall tile. Remove all drywall on walls and ceiling. Detach and reset sink and toilet as required. Detach and reset medicine cabinet. Remove door and window casings as required. Remove wet insulation. Treat ceiling joist and stud wall cavities with antimicrobial. Install new insulation. Install new drywall finished smooth ready to paint. Texture ceiling. Install green board around shower area where tile was previously. Install FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panels where tile previously existed. Install new door and window casings, baseboards, and base shoe. Paint walls, door trim and jamb; door; base and base shoe as required. Install toilet paper holder, towel bar, and towel ring. BEDROOM: Remove all LVP flooring. Remove water damaged hardwood flooring. Treat remaining 1x6 subflooring with antimicrobial. Re-screw subfloor as required. Prep floor for installation of T&G. Install new T&G in bedroom. Install new LVP flooring. Install base shoe. Remove bedroom door and trim it down so that it will function properly. Paint door. DISPOSAL: Clean up and haul away debris resulting from this project.
